Pat, the part you mention (TKA 20583) is a Step Down ring, are you sure that is what you need.
The one that is attached to the draw tube in Col's picture before the CAA is the FS60 Coupling DT also known as TKA20006B which is an 18mm long extension ring with the same thread at both ends. It is standard on all FS60CB scopes.
Your FS60C does not have it because your OTA tube length is 145mm vs the FS60CB which is 127mm (18 mm difference)
If you only need to move the camera back 18mm the the TKA 20006B will do that for you. They should be easy to find, Claude will definitely have them. I have one I can loan if you get caught out.
