When I got my Takahashi Wide Tring for the FS60CB, it came with a seperate adapter similar to what you linked to which connects it to the flattener or CAA. The Tring side though is just a flange that is held in place with 3 small grub screws on the Tring itself whilst the other is threaded. I thought that came as standard as the charts don't show a seperate item.Looks like the one you linked to would work though as the Tring is also threaded internally.
