I have a Mesu and run Windows 10 64 bit without issues. Have you installed all the prerequisites? Have you seen the document " MESU 200 Mount Quick Guide to Installation.pdf" ? If you don't have it PM me your email add and I'll send it to you. It is 2.5mb so too big to attach here.
