QHY8 at 6 meg, cooled and very low noise, and at my current ambient temperatures of 39C, it looks the go. Certainly cheaper than a modded, cooled Canon 40D. And no dark frames. Same chip as the
Starlight Express SXVF-M25C. If only I had the money and expertise to use it.
