Lightbulb Zooming Functionality

Added this as per RobF request. This is now active for members and supporters on meteograms, forecast maps, dark sky, radar and climate.

Implementation as follow.
Tapping once (click) on the tile will activate/disable your device's gestures. So it's just a toggle between your mobile device or the website to control touch events. By default the app will override your device's gestures.

Here's an example for the meteograms:
1_ tap once on the meteogram tile to activate pan/zoom.
2_ use one finger to slide the whole page up or down or use two fingers to zoom in or out or pan.
3_ while zoomed in tap the tile once again to disable your device's gestures.
4_ now swiping up or down will change the time and model in your zoomed up view.
5_ tap once again to activate zoom/pan. Zoom out or pan your view.

Navigating to another page will toggle control back to CFN again.

You can now also zoom on forecast maps and satellite maps close up and retain swiping functionality.

Triggering an animation will reset your display to full screen but one tap on the tile while it's animating will allow you to zoom in and pan while the map or satellite animation is playing.

Give it a go and let us know of any issues. Tested on iOS and Android.
