Yes it is worth running more filters, but you need more time (like 2x in duration or sub numbers) on the other filters to get a good result. The Sii gives a good boundary layer behind the Horse and a background to the Ha curtain wall, the Flame Nebula also has Sii in it. I would not bother with the Oiii, there is not much there.
BTW your posted image seems to have alot of noise in it (for an ASI1600). Did you have the cooling running?
