These DSLRS put out heat so they may not have tested with a camera which of course is rather misleading as that is the point of such a box.

Yes misleading for sure, I have found another issue, it seems to cool less once the temp gets higher. I've done several runs with the oustide temp at 18C and it's only cooling 10c below that after one hour.
It's an issue i've taken up with BINTEL the company i purchased it from.
They are contacting Orion for some answers, hopefully have them soon.
