Anyone come across an article on whether it's possible to remove a lens from a auto digital camera and/or modify the software so than you can lengthen exposure times etc.
I have an Canon 2mp Powershot A60 and a 5mp Powershot A530 digital camera the A60 is not being used any more max exposure 15 seconds on manual setting for both.
I have approached Canon for a software developers license as I see no reason why you couldn't modify the software to extend exposure times beyond 15 seconds.
