Thanks for the response guys, I've recently switched from the large 2" QHY filterwheel to the ZWO miniEFW 1.25" filterwheel and it started occuring after that. I might try and go back to the QHY filterwheel and see if it still occurs. I found that the ZWO miniEFW has a slight gap at the top of the carousel that leaks light as well.
