Not quite..
DC voltage between "+" and "-" lines is 340V (240*SQRT(2)).
If neutral is at GND potential (it never is), then "+ " oscillates between 0V and +340V, and "-" oscillates between "0" and -340V with frequency of 50Hz.
This could be deadly.
