Yep , and thanks , I love to tinker and wonder why manufactures don't put a little effort in researching what makes a telescope better for not much outlay
like the optics in this Chinese OTA are acftually quite/ very good but the rest ,,, well I will leave it there .
This is actually ' FrankenSaxon #2 ' , here is #1 my 102mm Saxon with , GSO , Meade , Vixen , iOptron and Celestron parts
its my most used scope being so easy to set up with only 2 trips ( tripod with mount and CW,s attached then OTA and power pack ) and observing in 5-10 minutes with zero cool down time .
This scope has wonderful optics that perform as good as a 102mm f10 can , I am continually blown away at the views it shows especially double stars , perfect discs with one faint ring around , so nice and peaceful at night just looking at something so beautiful realizing what you are looking at .
That's why astronomy is such a great hobby .
