The QHY22 also uses that chip and support for QHY is pretty good in Oz. However, I'm not sure if they do a colour version. You'd have to ask Theo here ->

I have an atik 11000 and I know a previous owner had to send it to Portugal for a fix. Similarly, people I know with starlight cameras have had to send them to the UK for work. It seems they just sell them here not support them.
