I don't see the point of doing it with a mono camera. If you do so, you won't be able to separately process and colourise H and O.
The point of the dual band filters is to use them with colour cameras. Then you can split out HO on the red v blue-green pixels for individual processing etc
Better off getting separate narrowband filters for the mono
