Thanks, I am about to start on the next case. I use the full length stainless steel piano hinge and nylon straps for stays.
When you order the materials make sure to get the rivets and washers from VFM as their washers are a correct fit for the 4.8mm rivets. you will need at least a 100 rivets though likely many more, so get two packets.
