The small attachment plate is included (I have attached a pic). This will attach to an existing mount dovetail using a standard 1/4" screw connector.
Maksutov-Cassegrain telescopes do not need collimation, however the first picture in the ad shows an additional hole in the centre of the rear cell holder which is an adjustment hole. I have never needed to experiment with it.
