That's neat Chris.
I used to do oils. As I said this acrilic pour thing is not far past finger painting...take a look on youtube if you are mildly interested as there are some appealing works out there. I just love all the little swirls. I am experimenting to get it to a point past the pour and see what comes out..that is why I am extremely happy with "Flowers in the Moonlight" as I was able to give a hint of a subject matter but still leave it "abstract" and hopefully I can refine my approach further.
The key feature with these pours is they add, usually, silicon to the paint ( silicon oil presumably) and you get very interesting "cells" as they call them. The first one above I used engine oil but perhaps not enough or maybe it must be silicon..the second I added detergent but neither showed dramatic effect..which suits me for where I am going with this.
