Thanks for getting in touch. Was worried I wasn't gonna get any more handy advice

My scope's on a Skywatcher EQ5 mount.

Do I just hold the camera lens up to the eyepiece??? I've tried doing that by hand to get pix of the moon, but the results have been a bit ordinary!

I have a little bit of manual control over the exposure,as you'd know. Which settings do you recommend and how do I get a clean clear image in the LCD screen?

PS ... ordered the Celestron NexImage CCD package today, just for a bit of try.

Cheers, ice
