My only recent use of film was several years back , i took my camera down to minnie waters , dragged it down the beach in the wee hours to get some shots of a comet (cant remember which ), i recorded the settings and exposure times on all of the 12 or so shots , when it was developed someone decided those 12 shots likley because they were quite dim and really just had a smudge across them wernt anything to look at and ditched all the negs .As much as i like film the reliance on others through the process takes the shine off a bit .
