I think you can get it with any sort of DSLR mount you want and I believe it can handle FF.

I have the Tokina 11-16mm for Canon and find it very good and sharp.
I have seen some excellent shots with the Samyang 14mm also. I don't "think" the Samyang has autofocus though (not important for astro work anyway). The Tokina is also a good all purpose wide angle lens for landscapes etc..
