What a wonderful piece!
I find it fascinating how kids both interpret in their minds what they see free from any prejudices, and how they then translate this with the media they are provided with and their own skill set. I find these "simple" pieces a source of inspiration as often kids stumble upon a technique that is very effective. This can be how they rendered something to develop form, a detail, decoration, design, or even an entire concept. Most times it is totally unabashed joy and energy, no right or wrong.
