Anything I have done with the Nikon D5500 has been only 30 second captures..and there have been ones with the camera and its 70 to 200 mm lens, the 80 mm and the 8 inch F5 but all have been unguided.
The object moves a fair bit when you compare the first and last frame because of poor polar alignment however Deep Sky Stacker does not mind.
Just be out there a little longer☺
