Jorge, there is a link to the pre-formatted UCAC4 catalogs on the
CdC Downloads page. They are hosted at Sourceforge. There are various other catalogs there too.
If you want to use NOMAD you have to build the catalog. Instructions are
here but it is a huge download using Bittorrent and then a lot of CPU. It's also probable the torrents aren't all online very often so it might take a while to get them all. My copy is about 30GB ready to use.
Apart from those I usually build my own, including a rebuild of the WDS every time they release a new version.
