Well I guess you still can down sample during processing. Imaging at long FL was good training to fine tune the mount and get a routine going with centering and tracking. BTW I installed 50:1 gearboxes now on the mount and it's got nearly double the torque at sidereal rate and is so much smoother to move and center. Here's a pic of the new motor pinion. They're so tiny.
