I think it's best to think of your OSC as a mono when doing NB. So you calibrate your subs with the bayer matrix intact. Then debayer in separate directories to Red, Green then Blue. Stack and combine each channel separately then do a final colour combine to get your palette.

So Ha and Sii will go in your red pixels (1/4). Oiii is a turquoise colour. You'll get a lot in the blue pixels and some in the green. Because there's 2 greens for one blue it's likely the green will be smoother than the blue.

Having said that you're best to use a mono for NB. An OSC will lose a lot of resolution.
