It's a Frankenstein effort of bolting and assembling various bits of gear.
It's an F5- 10 inch Hand ground aluminised O'hara glass, Zeroda secondary 1250mmfocal length, Novosibirsk Blacksea Finder, Japanese 2" Rack&Pinnion focuser, the OTA is weather protected formatube, flocked and exterior painted(heavy beast), no guide scope assembly installed.
