I use MaxIM for guiding, image acquisition almost exclusively. I don't like the processing or stacking in MaxIM - that's where PixInsight is the king.
No problems forking out for programmes - PI, MaxIM DL, PS, Startools and APT here - that's a LOT of $'s down
