With a bit of spare time up my sleeve this long week end I continued on with the rocker box.
The most difficult part of the box was the sides because I chose to use sealed bearings (instead of Teflon and Formica) and the holes had to be made to accommodate them. I didn't want to much chipping on the edge of the bearing holes so I opted to make the holes first then the routing not the other way around, it worked quite well and with a bit of sanding it should come up nice.
