If it dosn't rain, it pours. I ended up getting a really good deal on a CPC 800. I can always ad Hyperstar at a later date for F/2 imaging.
I connected the starsense camera and HC I originally purchased for a skywatcher mount via one of the AUX ports, and worked first time.
Next, I loaded up CFM, to upgrade the firmware, it found both the HC and Camera, and updated without problem ( latest patches )
Now, I turn the mount on, it says "Starsense align - press enter, date and time, etc, but when I press enter, I get ERR: Camera cannot be detected.
What on earth, exactly the same cables, exactly the same procedure as prior to the flash.
Tried a factory reset of AIS and HC, same result.
I have sent Celestron an email asking for advice. Has anyone else come across this. I get the feeling the camera is bricked in some way.
