Just wondering if anyone has done a micro adjust in there 50D on different lenses they may have.

I used my 50D with 400 mm L prime for the first time today,some pics were great,some so-so.The rig did'nt feel quite as 'sure footed' as when using with the 450D,may be it takes a while to get used to,or may need a slight tweek.

Any pointers on micro adjust on 50D would be great,
