A con for this approach is that you may not get objects close to the horizon.
That is of no concern here as I have limited sky but probably set up your gear and put up stakes and string to see how restricted it may be.
Also for me I find my reflector scopes prefer being close to vertical as balance is easier.
Although more complex a size of 5 x 5 x 4 may be a little better.
I can move ok in this cube but an extra foot would be handy.
