Uhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm??????......just how sensitive is this Phillips 900NC /TOUCAM?

There are CCD SECURITY CAMERAS WITH 0.05 lux, and the SONY SUPER HAD ExVIEW chip for $150.00????............JAYCAR qc3298
