On the primary there are some micro scratches that are revealed by flashlight at the right angle, same on the secondary....probably incorrect or lazy cleaning technique.....Ota has some small nicks in the paint work, there is a small dent in the tube that lines up with the tube ring locking screw. Mirrors needed a clean , I have rinsed them with distilled water.
