As said here before, you definitely stand to gain a lot by imaging during new moon, using flats and perhaps better framing, so you capture the full object in the frame with space left around the edges. Unfortunately most of the M31 signal is drowned out by the moon glow or light pollution, but I've attached my attempt at recovering some of the data and fixing up the dust donuts.
EDIT: Added a quick attempt at the sculptor galaxy as well.
