I'm removing the IR filter in a Canon DSLR.
The astronomiks filters come highly recommended. What would be the right filter to get those spectacular images of Horshead, Orion and Triffid.

Be gentle with me folks, I'nm not in this for the scientific research a just love taking images of the night sky, I've taken heaps of shots with my unmodded 350 and I want to ge further. Is there a site out there, something like astro imaging filters for dummies ?
