colourful and stinging speech. Dr Raverty was on the Government panel who were assesing the controversial pulp mill, when it became obvious the company couldn't meet the guidelines set by legislation, the legislation was changed, the assesment panel dismissed and a backdoor deal brokered to allow the mill without proper environmental standards.
