RC Collimation

Hi all,

I have acquired a 6RC recently and am trying to get it setup. It was horribly out of collimation and I took it out last night to try and get it slightly better and I did just that. Got it to a level where I could see the object, just with a serious lack of detail for a scope at 1370mm.

I have a friend who has a collimator except I think it is for a Newt. If I borrowed that, would I be able to use it for the RC? I would think that I need to align the secondary mirror to the alignment of the focus tube because the primary is fixed so it should work? Please correct me if I am wrong.

Attached is the image I got last night without any stars because they were horribly out of focus and out of collimation.
