I’m contemplating going Mono mid to late 2022 specifically for my Dome ( Bortle 3 skies ) on the South Coast if the minister of finance will approve funds
I’ve been looking at the Astronomik LRGB 2” type 2C mounted filters and the Astronomik 6nm NB mounted filters Ha Oiii Sii
Camera will be a no brainer, 2600MM ( I’ve had my 2600MC for 18 months )
Filter wheel would be a ZWO 5 x 2” EFW
A new EQ8-R mount is also on the cards to replace the EQ6-R mount
Hopefully it all comes to fruition
