Well no luck with ZWO. Th imgages I posted earlier were not enough for them. They wanted pictures of the gap that caused the light leak. No way I can see to take a pictures of it... I sent them pics of the filter drawers as well so they could examine them, again not enough.
EDIT: after further communication they finally agreed to replace the faulty items so noow I am happy.
