Thanks Alan,
taking shots of bees is not easy.
They fly around so quickly that focus is a problem.
Finally I worked it out.
Full sun lets me use auto focus in sports mode.
That frame was only 1/2000th of a second.
Just hold the button down & spin off 4 to 5 shots -
one of them was good.
I didn't even have a macro lens but a telephoto did the job quite well.
