That is the problem. Trump certainly doesn't consider all the consequences. He is not a suitable person for president.

AND he is placing like- minded advisers in high positions. Any advise they give will justify his policies and actions.

Possibly Trump chose these people so they would back his action and then he can say all the advice he is getting says what he is doing is appropriate and legal.
