Favourite quick and easy meals for me. Both are one pot meals.
1. Boiled spuds topped with a portion of "Heinz Chunky Chilli Beef", sour cream, grated cheese with a side salad.
2. Ramen Noodles (Mei Goreng) cooked with a big handful of dry slaw and roughly chopped brocolli then stir through a small tin of shredded chicken in springwater.
Bring along a couple of bags of chopped coleslaw vegies or stir fry vegies.
You can cook them or eat them raw with some garlic aoli drizzled on top. Yum.
