The software has been the main problem for me and I have the Lodestar! As above, Maxim will only support the SX-AO with the Lodestar but CCDSoft only supports the SX-AO as a 'feature' with Camera 1....

Not sure what you're after, Robin, but I use my Lodestar taking 5 secs exposures and 0.2 sec exposures when I use my SX-AO. The only 'wish' I have for the Lodestar is a shutter.
