Thought that I could cheat the enroaching moon to get the colour for this image but was bested by incomming clouds as well.
HaRGB of total of 2hr Ha and 20 minRGB using QSI583 and qhy10 cameras through 10"SCT at 2500mm. Needs more colour but that may have to wait until Astrofest.
Nice effort indeed Allan, very well captured.

Thanks Leon. Is surprising how much detail the old SCT can capture at f10.
Thanks Rolf, much appreciated
that's nice of you to ,say Alexandre
Rick, I was disappointed re the colour but I think that it will really improve if I can up that data.

That has some nice detail!
I guess there's no sustitute for long F/L and aperture. Must be quite slow for gathering those photon's?

Thanks Mike. I have to go long to get the detail that you guys get with your great optics. Pity you can't hitch a lift with Houghy and get to Astrofest.
thanks Justin, it does take a little longer at f10 - like ages!
thanks Louie, we all want something different - love your 66
