attachment loading issue

In the last month I have noted that attachments either take a very long time to load on this site or not all all now. The forum pages remain the same though.

It makes it hard to look at images loaded on the site.

Nothing has changed in the software. We moved servers in the last month or so, but it shouldn't have affected loading attachments - especially since it's working fine for everyone else. At least, noone else has complained.

Can you try a different browser and/or different computer/network to rule out firewalls, blockers etc?

I'm having the same issue, the attachments will not open anymore

Hi Peter

Nothing has changed here - it's likely to do with:
- your browser (popups, script blockers etc)
- your firewall (make sure you allow *.iceinspace.com.au)

Can you try a different browser?

Everyone that's had this issue has since found it's something at their end.
Usually one of those above.

Cheers, fixed, it was the stupid popup blocker

Correction, if I'm logged on I cannot open any attachments
If I log out I can open them!!!
