QHY10 gain and offset settings?

Hi everybody,
Just wonering what people are using out there for there gain and offset settings for a QHY10.

I have set mine at 22 Gain and 119 off set using nebulosity.

I set this based on Crag starks nebulosity reccomendation and QHY manual recommendations.

This is my first ccd camera setup and im really not sure if this is the correct settings but following the recommendations this is what i have come up with.

Is it just me or does the gain seem a little high?

Each camera is different but if you have followed Craigs instructions you should be well within the ball park.
