According to the Vandenburg Air Force Base web site, preparations are underway
for the second landing of the USAF's unmanned, reusable space plane, X-37B (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boeing_X-37).

The vehicle was launched on March 5 2011 and its purpose has been cloaked
in secrecy.
The X-37B was developed by Boeing's Space and Intelligence Systems (http://www.boeing.com/defense-space/ic/sis/index.html) unit.
