I would like to send out a big public thank you to Ron at Sirius Optics. He has helped me to fix an intermittent handset connection problem on my 12" GoTo Dob. He helped me to identify the exact nature of the problem and then arranged to obtain a new circuit board under warranty.
Ron replaced the circuit board with the faulty connector today and I now have a fully functional GoTo again. :thumbsup:

Well that's better than I get and I work there every other Saturday - during which I (like ME) have to make the teas and coffees for a rowdy bunch of amateurs who come in every Saturday.
Ron is very serious about his customers and I can say that from 8 years of experiencing it.
errrrr no sugar this week Ron and when ya gonna pay for my degree in..............?

If you had a degree in cosmology, then you would not have to make the tea and coffee. I keep telling you that you have to look after the customers, not tell them what you are thinking.

I agree with the OP, I've found dealing with Ron at Sirius optics to be excellent
