I see your up at D-bay, I'm down in moorooka myself. Some would look at that scope and shake their heads but I have the sv50 spotting scope as well as the 60mm finder scope. The little sv50 has a 23mm ep standard that gives a beautifully clear view but obviously at 9× magnification there is not much detail to see. Its fl=205mm. The little scope is fussy in that a lot of eyepieces wont work in it but my 5mm nagler does and this brings the magnification up to 41× and thats a lot! Surprisingly the scope handles it very well. I wonder if this new offering is as capable. I would assume so, they rarely screw up.
The sv50 is a f=4.1 scope btw
