Secure 2" Extension Tube

My TEC140 and Moravian G2-8300 camera will not reach focus without the use of a 2" extension tube. I'd like to find something better than the usual tube with just a single set screw as I nearly had a fatal accident with the camera last night! Looking around I did find this at Moonlite:

The Baader twist lock or similar are very good , no screws and self centreing .
