You guessed it! So I have a question about which flattener/reducer/corrector to get for the infamous 80ED :P Bintel has the:

Orion 0.85x Reducer/Corrector for the 80ED, $259 + $50 (For the required 'Wide' T-ring)
http://www.telescope.com/Astrophotography/Focal-Reducers/Orion-Focal-Reducer-Corrector-for-ED80-Refractor-Telescope/c/4/sc/64/p/5195.uts

Orion 0.8X Field Flattener, $149
http://www.telescope.com/Astrophotography/Focal-Reducers/Orion-Field-Flattener-for-Short-Refractors/c/4/sc/64/p/99608.uts

Calling Bintel, they said the 0.85 screws directly onto the draw tube and is specifically designed for the 80ED, where as the 0.8 is general purpose. Having looked at review of the 0.8 on a 80ED, it works extremely well. So can someone shed some light if the 0.85 is really worth the extra $160?

Lastly, is it possible by any chance to use these for visual too i.e. with a 2" eyepiece.
